Estate Planning

Estate planning is a process that involves setting up a game plan in the event of death, minimizing estate tax, and avoiding probate. Our Firm provides estate planning representation for estates of all sizes, however, much of our practice is focused on estate planning for high net worth individuals with estates ranging from $10 million to $300 million in value. Our Attorneys have extensive experience drafting simple estate plans involving revocable trusts, wills, power of attorneys, and medical directives and extremely complicated plans involving entity formation and irrevocable trusts. read more

Advanced Estate Planning

Our firm also specializes in many areas of advanced estate planning. Such planning includes many different types of wealth creation and wealth preservation strategies, ranging from complex trusts to family limited partnerships. Our philosophy is to keep planning as simple as possible, but to “layer in” any needed advanced strategies. For example, in situations where estate tax may be substantial, we will generally review the main strategies available to save estate tax, and implement only those techniques approved by the client. read more
